Mechanism

Dostarlimab binds to the PD-1 receptor on T-cells, blocking its interaction with ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2, thereby restoring T-cell anti-tumor activity.

Approved Indication

Treatment of adult patients with mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) recurrent or advanced endometrial cancer, or other dMMR recurrent or advanced solid tumors.

What This Means For Patients

Jemperli (dostarlimab) is an immunotherapy that targets the PD-1 pathway to treat mismatch repair-deficient (dMMR) endometrial cancers and other advanced solid tumors. It works by enabling the body's immune system to attack cancer cells. While not officially approved by the NMPA in mainland China, it can be clinically accessed in the Boao Lecheng pilot zone.
